A: If your site personnel can be trained to perform the heat treatment process at your facility, the equipment will pay for itself.

Q: Where are we located/can heat treatments be performed anywhere in the US?
A: We are located in Southeastern Pennsylvania in Aston, PA; however, heat treatments can be performed throughout the US.

Q: Is the equipment dependable?
A: Our equipment will provide you with years of uninterrupted service.

Q: Do we provide training?
A: Yes, Pest-Heat provides all aspects of training.

Q: Do you have to buy the Pest-Heat package or can you rent it?
A: All Pest-Heat packages are purchased and include training.

Q: How long does a normal treatment take?
A: Propane heat treatments take approximately 7-8 hours plus initial prep. Electric heat treatments take approximately 9-11 hours plus initial prep.

Q: What if I have questions/problems after the Pest-Heat sales representative has already trained me, who would I call for help?
A: All of our customers receive specialized information along with contact information for 24-hour technical support.

Q: Is there a warranty on the equipment?
A: There is a 1-year warranty on parts.

Q: Can I be trained at Pest-Heat’s facility?
A: Training can be conducted at our support office in Southeastern Pennsylvania, but it is suggested that the training occurs at your location.

Q: How soon after I purchase a Pest-Heat package will I be able to be trained? Is there a wait to receive the equipment?
A: Upon the signed proposal, equipment will be shipped immediately and training will occur shortly thereafter.
